Surely you have heard of Apple cider vinegar and the claims it can help with weight loss, I was a little skeptical about this and I couldn’t see how it would work, so does apple cider vinegar burn belly fat. There are lot’s of people on youtube claiming they lost 10 pounds in a week just using Apple Cider Vinegar so you can imagine lots would have rushed out to buy it.

Apparently taking it before a meal helps to suppress your appetite which means you eat less, it also controls sugar spikes so you are more likely not going to eat between meals. The acids and enzymes in it speed up your metabolism which helps with fat burning so incorporating Apple Cider Vinegar in your diet could help you lose fat but you would have to use it along with exercise and a proper diet. What’s recommended is taking a teaspoon mixed with water before every meal to start with then build it up to a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in water before every meal. You can’t buy any old Apple Cider Vinegar though it has to be raw and organic and with something that’s called the mother to get the full health benefits.

I don’t think this is a miracle drink that’s going to shed you of your unwanted fat overnight like people have claimed, but there is no harm in adding it to your diet if it is going help you suppresses your appetite and stops you eating between meals that’s good isn’t it.  So it will aid you in your fat loss goals which I think is a bonus.

We all want things to happen fast it’s in our nature to want a miracle but it doesn’t work like that, start with an overhaul of your diet add your Apple Cider Vinegar three times a day and do 30-minute workout a day and before long you will be fighting fit.

Does Apple Cider Vinegar burn belly fat? Fact or Fiction a bit of both, I think it helps, but you will have to also put in the effort of exercising and changing your diet to get the full benefits, it is not going to work overnight  and it’s not going to work if you still going to eat those pizzas, cakes, and other non nutritional high-fat foods, this kind of food may taste nice but are not doing your body any favours, I think by adding Apple Cider Vinegar to your diet will help you to lose belly fat plus it is going to help with keeping your cholesterol in check. I will definitely be giving it a go as there are other benefits from taking it.
